The Federal Period of the United States began in 1780 and lasted 50 years.  Architectural elements of that time are uniquely represented in this pen.  From the convex mirror replica on the cap ~ to the Doric column detailing and scroll work ~ to America's national bird, the Bald Eagle ~ the Federal reflects the time when we were a young country, ready to face the future.  Pen pictured is in Antique Pewter.  Takes Parker refills.
